Summary: 

This is a story about a little mouse named Lilly who loves everything about her life; she loves her school, her family, her personal things but most importantly her teacher. She admires and adores her teacher until he asks Lilly to wait to show her new purple purse. She writes a horrible letter about him but later on she feels terrible for it and apologizes to her teacher. 

Evaluation: 

Appropriate grade level Pre-K to 2^nd grade. I would use this book in a fun read aloud to teach my students what happens when they don’t listen to their elders, such as teachers. I would use this book because I believe kids this age love books like this one and would be able to relate to it.
