Summary: 

Mortimer is a zombie that is looking for love. However, because he is a zombie, he is having a hard time finding a girl. He looks everywhere but finally at a ball he finds Mildred and they fall in love. 

Evaluation: 

Appropriate grade levels for this book would be first grade to third grade. I don’t believe this would be a book that I would use in my classroom. I only see this book being enjoyed for a fun read aloud around Halloween or Valentine’s Day. I would have this book in my classroom library and let my students read it for enjoyment.
